At Elliott Best Digital Art (EBDA), we want you to love your artwork as much as we love creating it. While each piece is made to order with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

Returns for Personal Preference or Incorrect Orders

If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering, we’re happy to help. However, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

You can choose one of the following return options:

1.        Use your own shipping method – Simply send the item back and provide us with a tracking number.

2.        Request a prepaid return label – We can provide a return label for convenience, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Estimated deduction for prepaid returns is $12 for domestic returns within Canada/USA.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—on us.

Here’s how it works:

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Send us clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
