4. Are these prints of original paintings?

5. What materials do you use for your prints?
Our prints are crafted using premium, fade-resistant, pigment-based inks on acid-free, museum-grade paper and canvas. This ensures longevity and a luxurious finish, perfect for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
6. How long does shipping take?
Production times are normally 2-4 business days.
Shipping time (Canada): 2-4 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Express).
International shipping: 4-6 business days (Standard) or 3-5 business days (Express).
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
7. Do you accept returns?
Since our prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll gladly replace it.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
9. Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?
We offer a range of standard sizes, but we’re always looking for new products, new ideas, and new ways to enhance our product range. If you’re interested in commissioning an art piece, would like a custom size, or other request, please reach out!
