At Elliott BEST, we leverage the strength and resources of the Shopify privacy team, and they ensure that together we meet our privacy obligations in whichever country our products are sold.
We generally process information when we need to do so to fulfill a contractual obligation (for example, to process a payment, send a customer email, or provide shipping information).
We always provide our customers with control of their personal information, including billing or payment information, and email address information. Customers can opt out at any time from receiving emails from Elliott BEST. Every day we strive to ensure your information is kept secure and always protected and we only collect information that is required to fulfill a transaction on our website.
Your control your personal information - We believe you should be able to access and control your personal information no matter where you live. Depending on how you use Elliott BEST, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information (for example, direct or email marketing). We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise any of these rights.
When you purchase on Elliott Best, and you wish to inquire about the information regarding your purchase, you can email us at ebestcollective@gmail.com at any time and we will respond to your email outlining next steps within 24 hours. Please note that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is you before we can respond. To do so, we may ask to see documentation verifying your identity, which we will discard after verification.
