Elliott BEST Return Policy

We offer a 15-day Refund Policy on all orders of storage and accessory products and merchandise. Customers may return any product in its original condition (original packaging) for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. The customer will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase:

Accessories: Must be in original packaging, unused, and in original condition

Merchandise: Must be in original packaging (if applicable), unworn, and in original condition

We require the original receipt and proof of payment to process the refund. Customers without their original receipt and proof of payment will not be eligible for refund. All refunds will be processed on the original payment method used.
